Nothing, all is good

I had a great stay overall. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were good, but not extraordinary. However, I was extremely pleased with the beach and its facilities.

- SPA and gym are terrible, ancient and unattractive facilities over there. - Massage costs 130EUR. - The Internet connection is terrible, I had to buy a sim card. This is not what I expect to see in 5* hotel.

The facilities were nice and well-maintained. Several pools and gym, etc. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, in terms of variety and, perhaps to a lesser extent, quality. The premises are well laid out and well-maintained.

The beach was very rocky and beach shoes are highly recommended. The water is beautiful and clear but very shallow for a very long distance. The pool restaurant is reasonably priced but the food quality is very low. The service staff at the pool restaurant are generally courteous and provide good service, especially Samir and ElBadawy. Thank you to them. The main restaurant had good chefs but there were attempts at being a bit too cost-efficient, in terms of quantity of expensive components and in terms of quality of some items (e.g. cheeses). Also, some things ran out 30+ minutes early from the buffet and weren't replenished. Moreover, they started removing items from the buffet tables 10-15 minutes early. Most of the secondary service staff are not providing proper service and some don't appear to have proper training in terms of what their role is. The impression is that they are not well-paid and hence unmotivated. Examples include the reception staff who don't perform their orientation role properly and seem in a hurry to get rid of you more than anything else, the quest services person who gave us erroneous info about the archery and the bellboy who didn't just left the bag at the door, etc. It seemed to me that management was focusing on one part of the resort very well and significantly under-investing in human resources. All the activities are avaliable at the resort from day till night, and there is no need to go out side the resort. + the hygiene was good, and food had a lot of varieties for vegan and non vegan.

There were no slippers at the room, + they need to monitor the relax pool area and not allowing any kids to enter it and make noise

Really I was very impressed and satisfied from the resort very cozy all the staff are friendly and have a big smile and very respectful even the resort was about 100% full , there were no differences between Egyptian and foreign , the food was delicious and were variety of food , my room was 3215 and the responsible of the room service Hassan was very nice , the managers of the restaurant also I was satisfied and I will come back sure

Bathroom

The food was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The resort is very well located, with amazing installations and plenty of activities to amuse the guests all days.

WiFi was restricted to some public areas, so the apartments have no Internet. If you want more than 2GB, than you have to pay extra. Sellers annoying you constantly on the beach/pools, being very insistent, and some of them flirting with my wife when she was alone. The Vista Mare restaurant (Italian) doesn't worth, even for "free" (you will receive a voucher for it).

Good place to stay. Nice staff, good food. We stayed here on New years eve. There was a special buffet. Very Nice but in this period also A bit overpriced because of high season. Avoid this periodiek you can. For the rest we were surprised by the high level of quality and service. I reommend this place. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped.

I misser the real Egypt. But that is Hurghada and its surroundings. And every 10 minutes sellers come by to convince you to book a quad Tour, massage or other activity.

Not warm water in the pool. Cheap coca cola and cheap wine.

Breakfast was good. with large variety of food, only lacking fresh orange juice . Multiple large nice pools , excellent service .

WiFi

The hotel has many different types of swimming pools, a large beach, a long trestle leading to the sea, and three beautiful coral reefs at the end of the trestle. Stayed for 5 days, swimming, walking the beach, sunbathing, sea breeze, snorkeling, is definitely a good place to relax. I chose the all-inclusive service. The hotel offers a super rich buffet every morning, afternoon and evening. Here you can taste Italian, French, American, Spanish, Japanese, Egyptian and other dishes. The hotel also offers a bar and a small stage. Free items such as fitness room.

There is no WIFI in the room. The hotel does not have a scheduled shuttle to and from Hurghada.

The private sea was not good. But it's not a big deal still you have many options as the swimming & snorkeling are available along Makady bay

We stayed in Cleopatra Luxury Resort 11 nights August-September 2019. We had an amazing and relaxing holidays. We really enjoyed all the facilities provided. The rooms were very comfortable with all you need for your sea side stay. The restaurants offered a great selection of food. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, providing top star service. We liked the fact there were 3 different pools including relaxing pool, family pool and main pool, where we could take a part in different activities organised by the marvellous animation team. The animation team plays an important part in the stay, as they plan all the entertainment throughout the day. The hotel is around 40minute from Hurghada City, so we spend most of the evenings within the resort. The hotel, however, offer a shuttle service or can arrange a taxi for you if you wish to. We also tried Safari and Spa and both were absolutely great. The resort is in a bay, which meant we had a great access to the sea. The sea in the bay is calm. We enjoyed snorkelling and exploring all the beautiful sea life. We would like to thank Coleoptera Luxury Resort for an amazing time, and we would also like to thank George and his Lobby bar team, Ahmed in the main restaurant, as well as, Luca from animation team, who all made our holidays extra special and making us want to visit soon. There was everything perfect, if I, however, will be very picky, I would like to have a wider selection of food including Egyptian cuisine. The amount of food was more than enough, however a bit repetitive. Nevertheless, it really depends what you like.
